When Ebay approached us to help them focus their project managers around the experience of their customers we designed a bespoke intervention that worked in both personal development and team performance.
After a preparation and self reflection, we convened a two day workshop at Ebay HQ in Barcelona where we helped each member of the team evaluate their performance and the unique contribution they could make.
We helped them work through conflict situations by putting themselves in the shoes of their customer and we helped them build trust and rapport skills in an open air workshop in one of Barcelona’s beautiful parks.
We then supported individual managers as they worked through the valuable insights they gained through 121 coaching.
The intervention was very well received and the Ebay leadership team point to it as a “seismic moment” in the way the team operated together.
