Baxter Healthcare case study

The senior team at Baxter approached Spring Coaching as they were about to embark on a major change program that would deliver new and spectacular growth for their business.

This was a mature team.  They had long service with a previous leader who had set the prevailing standard for the way the team worked.

Over just two days, the Spring Coaching team were able to help them safely review the way that current systems and relationships were constraining their thinking about the future.  They were able to let go of a lot of emotional baggage that was preventing the team from fully committing to the future goals of the business.

A number of the team stretched very far out of their comfort zone during a gorge walk and found it wasn’t nearly as challenging as they were worried it would be – a great metaphor for the road ahead.
